Project Description

UNICEF Pakistan is providing different supplies under thematic program areas I.e. Education funded by Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) in 06 districts of KPK and 04 agencies of FATA region. To assist the field offices in regular monitoring, the distribution of supplies of the listed schools, identifying gaps, issues, and difficulties faced and reporting to the field offices on a regular basis. UNICEF selected APEX Consulting Pakistan (ACP) to provide field monitors/reports working under the provisional offices of UNICEF.
 

Services provided by APEX

The services provided by the firm included development and refinement of instruments to monitor the UNICEF's implementing partner's activities in KPK and FATA region. APEX mobilized and trained 06 monitoring teams consisted of 09 monitors with experience in program monitoring, reporting, community development, social research, and civil development work. Field teams used monitoring guidelines and observations to collect information about distributed supplies. Fortnightly, monitoring reports were submitted presenting possibilities, gaps, and success stories. Daily monitoring updates were also submitted to provisional hubs/field offices of UNICEF.
