The services provided by the firm included recruitment, training, and deployment of district-level oversight consultants. APEX deployed 02 consultants in Islamabad, 10 in AJK, and 10 in the Gilgit Baltistan region. All the consultants used monitoring guidelines to collect information during the pre and intra campaign phase. During post-campaign consultants also performed financial validation tasks. All field staff uses the UMMS system of UNICEF to report monitoring findings to UNICEF's servers and update the dashboard. An end of project analytical report was submitted to the client.
