APEX designed the questionnaire and sampling frame, conducted household interviews, did qualitative research, and determined the parameters for the technical design of the water supply scheme. Our associated firm completed the first preliminary technical design of the water supply scheme. Later our consortium designed the financial and legal model for the execution of the scheme as a public-private partnership with a targeted subsidy from the government and carried out an economic analysis of the financial model.
