Project Description

UNICEF Pakistan through its partners launched a large scale Rural Sanitation Programme in Flood-affected Districts to mitigate the grave needs of the people related to sanitation in the flood-affected districts of Pakistan. The proposed M&E framework and KM system will facilitate UNICEF and it's implementing partners by adding value to their existing work so that they can ensure the efficiency of service delivery, quality of the program, and its implementation.

Services provided by APEX

  1. The consulting firm provides 25 Field Monitors (both male and female) in the districts and 3 Field Coordinators.
  2. All field coordinators and field monitors participated in training arranged by WaterAid and field staff placed in an agreed location immediately upon attending the training workshop.
  3. The consulting firm's responsibility included field staff (included but not limited to supervision, administrative handling, recruitment, salary, office space, computers, cameras, transportation, and accommodation) for better management of the fieldwork.
  4. The consulting firm reviewed strategy documents along with roles and responsibilities and carry out the responsibilities as outlined in the documents together as well as discussed in the orientation workshop for the field staff.
