ssaLand-o-Lakes is one of the largest dairy and agribusiness companies in the US, also engaged in development work around the world. A consortium of three companies led by Land-o-Lakes wanted to bid for USD 30 million value chain project for the earthquake affected northern areas of Pakistan.
Our team investigated the ground situation of dairy, livestock, and agriculture sectors in the earthquake-affected region, studied the existing value chains, identified partners for the eventual implementation of the project, devised manpower structure and on the basis of this information developed a technical and financial proposal for the Land-o-Lakes consortium to bid for the USAID project.
