Institutional Development for Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab for restructuring and reorganization of the authority to make it more dynamic and efficient to achieve its core objective.
The study includes the review of TEVTA mission/objective and interim review of the management structure, strategic decision-making processes, a delegation of financial and administrative powers, departmental coordination mechanism and role of the private sector, review/development of HRM including staff rules of hiring, compensation, promotion, transfer, and posting of contractual staff and career development for all TEVTA employees. Review and implementation plan for MIS, International Management System, M&E system curriculum development system, TNA, and testing examination system. Also, institutional development plans will include image building, short, medium, and long term plans, the establishment of centers of excellence, international and local linkages.
