The project organized by UNDP and a key component under the project is to monitor and evaluate the conduct and organization of large-scale, nationwide training of polling staff in Punjab ahead of the upcoming general elections, it is expected that project will deliver following results:
Along with the other tasks UNDP intended to monitor the CSOs, implementing the youth/women awareness campaign and street theaters.
The services provided by firms included monitoring and evaluation reports of training, and provide recommendations to improve future training, in line with the needs on the ground, with a wider purpose to improve the electoral process. Monitoring and Evaluation conducted by prospective training participants, program staff, available data, and observations. APEX monitored and evaluated more than 9,000 workshops by deploying 200 field monitors at the constituency level.
