The objective of this survey was to provide baseline information, a basis for monitoring and evaluation of the project and to assess the impact of flood on rural economics, livelihood, community Infrastructure projects and priorities of development institutions at UC, Tauulaqa and District level in the targeted areas.
The services provided by the firm included; development and refinement of the instruments, primary and secondary data collection, data management & analysis, report writing and presentation of major findings to the Client. Our firm mobilized and trained four teams, consisted of 12 experienced enumerators and supervisors. Each team also included a female enumerator. Data from seven districts covering 28 UCs and 56 clusters was collected and 840 questionnaires were administered. For qualitative research, four FGDs and 28 IDIs were also conducted with the selected communities and stakeholders. Data was managed using CS-Pro, analyzed using SPSS, report was developed and major findings was presented to the Client.
