Impact Assessment Study under SUCCESS Programme for RSPN

APEX Consulting Pakistan has been at the frontline for conducting robust impact assessment studies and offering valuable services that positively contribute to the development sector. Recently, we have successfully completed “Impact Assessment Study on Social, Economic and Political Empowerment of Women” under SUCCESS Programme for RSPN. Objective of the study was to assess an incremental impact of interventions by RSPN and its partners on the lives, livelihoods of beneficiary women. Advanced statistical and analytical techniques (quasi-experimental design, entropy-based matching for comparison, difference in difference method of analysis) were applied to measure impact. Results were estimated through survey with sample of 1,800 beneficiary (treatment group) and non-beneficiary (comparison group) women from six districts of Sindh Province namely; Tando Allahyar, Larkana, Dadu, Kambar Shahdadkot, Jamshoro, and Sujawal.
