Field Monitoring Activities | TPFM for Flood Relief Response Project

APEX Consulting Pakistan (APEX) via its Third Party Monitoring Services has executed project "Third Party Field Monitoring for Flood Relief Response Project" for one of its esteemed clients. The overall objectives of the assignment were five major interventions i.e. Provision of clean drinking water to the community through water tankering activities, Provision of pit latrines at communal level/camp settings in order to stop open defecations and ensure privacy needs, Distribution of menstrual hygiene kits for the females of reproductive age, Distribution of hygiene safety kits, and Provision of chlorine tablets. The purpose of TPM was to provide real time support to the Programme Quality team to take decisions timely and ensure adjustments where required.
