Literacy Boost (LB) and Student Readiness Assessment (SRA) baseline Survey
Short summary of Project
The baseline survey established indicators for improved resilience among fragile communities in the earthquake-hit district Batagram in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through increased learning and development opportunities in the education sector. Focusing on early childhood learning, the study collected data from children (of Katchi and Grade One classes), teachers, school management in 51 schools across the district along with parents. Using School Readiness Assessment Katchi class children were assessed and literacy and numeracy boost tools, Grade One students were assessed.
